James River Dermatology is located at 1316 Alverser Plaza in Midlothian. We are located near Chesterfield Town Center at the corner of Huguenot Road & Alverser Drive, Behind Schwarzchild Jewelers & Coldstone Creamery.

From Route 288: Take 60E/Midlothian Turnpike for approximately 4.5 miles Turn left onto Alverser Drive Go straight through four-way stop and take first left into Alverser Plaza.

From Powhite Parkway: Take Exit 79, 60w/Midlothian Turnpike for approximately 3.5 miles Turn right onto Huguenot Road At second traffic light, turn left onto Alverser Drive Make immediate right into Alverser Plaza.
