Laura Regan M.D.
Dr. Regan holds a BS in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego. She is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Medicine. During her medical school training, she spent two years doing clinical rotations at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her Dermatology residency training was completed at Brown University. She subsequently trained in Dermatopathology at the University of Texas Southwestern. Dr. Regan is a board certified dermatologist who has been in private practice since 2004. She has been practicing in the Richmond area since 2006. She is currently accepting new patients.
Fred Park M.D
Dr. Park received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his medical degree from the University of Illinois. He completed a six-year post-graduate residency in general and plastic surgery at Loyola University Medical Center. He is board certified in the specialty of plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the leading organization of board-certified plastic surgeons specializing in cosmetic plastic surgery.
Michael C. White, M.D.
Dr. White is a native Virginian. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS degree in Biology at the University of Richmond. He received his medical degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. White completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Keesler Air Force Base. His Dermatology residency was completed at Wilford Hall U.S. Force Medical Center. Dr. White is a board-certified dermatologist who has been in private practice in Virginia since 1989. He practices all aspects of general dermatology, including the evaluation and management of skin cancer.
Leslie Farr, FNP-BC
Leslie Farr is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who joined James River Dermatology in 2017 after 4 years of clinical and cosmetic Dermatology experience in her hometown of Bluefield, VA. Leslie has served the healthcare community for over 11 years. She completed her undergraduate degree in Bachelors in the Science of Nursing from Radford University and completed her Masters Degree from Marshall University. Her clinical interests include acne, rosacea, eczema and psoriasis. Leslie recently relocated to the Ashland area with her husband and two daughters.
Anna Marszalkowski, FNP-BC
Anna is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined James River Dermatology in 2023. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the George Washington University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. After graduation, Anna worked in primary care and dermatology in her hometown of Buffalo, NY before relocating to Richmond.
Michele Phillips, PA-C
Michele Phillips is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who joined James River Dermatology in 2010 after 3 years of clinical experience with Capital Dermatology in Alexandria. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry at Virginia Tech. She is a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, Virginia Tech's Pre-Medical Honor Society. Michele received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in Norfolk, VA. While at EVMS, she completed rotations specializing in dermatology and participated in meetings hosted by the Tidewater Dermatology Society. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and participates in the society's annual conferences.
Brian McCauley, PA-C
Brian McCauley is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant who joined James River Dermatology in 2022. He received a Bachelor of Health Science degree and a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from James Madison University. After graduation Brian worked in emergency medicine and urgent care and has served the Richmond healthcare community for over 15 years. Brian is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).
